What are the office hours?
Our office hours vary depending on the season. During Prime Season, our office is open daily, 8am – 10pm.

Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin location by paying our applicable lock-in fee. If you opt out of the lock in fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.
How do I reserve my stay?
You can book your stay on our website by clicking “Book Now” or “Check Rates” throughout the site or give us a call at (540) 300-1697!
Can I tour the park?
We are happy to show off the Camp-Resort and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.
Do you offer seasonal sites?
We do not but some of our sister campgrounds do! You can learn all about our other parks here.
What are your Prime and Shoulder Season dates and does that impact the activities schedules?
Our seasonal dates are as follows:
Shoulder (Pools Closed): April 5 —May 3 & September 16—November 2 (Weekend Activities Only)
Shoulder (Pools Open): May 4—June 14 & September 3—September 15 (Weekend Activities Only)
Prime Season: June 14—September 2 (Daily Activities)
Shoulder (Pools Closed): November 3—December 1 (No Activities)
Hibernation: December 2—April 3 (See you in the spring!)
Do you offer any discounts?
Are you an active or retired service man or woman? To thank you for your service, we offer a military discount of 10% off any weekday (Sunday-Thursday) stay with code YOGITHANKSYOU.
- A valid ID must be presented at check-in to receive the discount.
- Excludes Holidays (Sunday and Monday of 4th of July, Columbus Day, Monday of Memorial Day and Labor Day)
- May not be combined with other offers
Are you a photographer, blogger, or social media enthusiasts? Interested in getting a discount off your next stay in exchange for your vacation photos or a blog post on your stay? What can I use my Jellystone Park™ gift card towards?
Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations only. They may not be used towards Day Camp Passes, Camp Store purchases, or activities & amenities.
When is the cheapest time to book?
Visit us in the Spring or Fall and enjoy reduced rates! Please keep in mind, activities are limited to weekends only during these times. Enjoy reduced rates during the week (Sunday – Thursday), all season long!

How many guests are included in my base rate?
Your nightly base rate includes 4 people (2 years old and older). Our larger cabin units include additional occupants. To learn more about our cabins, visit our Ways to Stay page!
What forms of payment are accepted for my reservation?
DO YOU HAVE RVS AVAILABLE TO RENT?
While we do not rent RVs ourselves, we do partner with RV Share, a peer-to-peer online RV rental service. Browse available RVs here. With the rental of an RV from RV Share, you will still need to reserve a site.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes we do, however, early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and fees to do so are required. Arriving early does not guarantee that your cabin/campsite will be ready at that time. Late departure does not guarantee that you will be able to stay at the cabin/campsite until departing from the park. Early arrival/late departure only guarantees extended access to the Camp-Resort and amenities. Click to learn more about our cabin and campsite policies.
Can my friends come and visit?

Can I pitch a tent at my campsite with my RV?
Yes you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent at every RV site (in addition to the RV). Unfortunately, we don’t allow tents at any of our cabin sites.
What is the extra car policy and how many can be at one site?
We allow 2 cars per site (both cabin and campsite). If you have any additional vehicles, you must park in one of our free overflow parking lots. One is by the Ranger Station and the other is located near the Upper Playground.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed?

Where do I get firewood?
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We do, but the signal strength varies throughout the Camp-Resort. It’s best near the Registration Station. We think this is the perfect time to disconnect and enjoy the great outdoors!
