Kids and adults alike can splash the day away in our three large swimming pools! For the little campers, we have a kiddie pool with lights and bubblers! Want to relax poolside in luxury? Rent a pool cabana! *Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Looking for a Virginia campground with a water park? We've got you covered! Thrill seekers can enjoy our 197-foot long Virginia Vortex water slide with a cavernous super bowl, hop on an inner-tube for a slithering twist of a ride on our 376-foot long Luray Loop-de-Loop water slide, or challenge a friend side-by-side to see who is the fastest on our 222-foot long multi-lane Mountain Match-Up water slide!

*Must be at least 42 inches tall to ride. Maximum operational load 2 persons, 400 lbs. Maximum individual rider weight 300 lbs.

Mini Golf

Ages 4+

Our hillside 18-hole mini golf course is a challenging and fun activity for the whole family to enjoy while Luray camping!

Splash Pad

Located between our pools, our exciting splash pad has kiddie slides, dumping buckets, spray guns, arches, and a water curtain. It’s also ADA accessible!

Putter around our lake on a pedal boat! *Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult and life jackets are required.

Arcade Alley is no ordinary game room—it’s filled with the best redemption and video games a camper could find. All games are token-operated and tokens may be purchased in the game room.

Jumping Pillow

Our two pillow-shaped inflatables measure about 30’ x 60’ and 28’ x 45’ and provide huge fun for the whole family to enjoy! Little campers can have tons of fun on their own pillow! *Max weight of 225 lbs.

Fishing Pond

Drop a line into our pond! Stocked with perch, bass, catfish, and bluegill, our pond is your ideal spot for some fishing fun. Plus, no fishing license required! Please remember to catch and release. Pedal boats may be running on the pond at any time.

Nature Trail

Take a stroll down our nature trail anytime during the season to see what sort of wildlife you can discover! If you're looking for a more advanced hike, Shenandoah National Park is just 7 miles down the road!

Zipline

Zoom across the playfield on our new zipline while glamping in Virginia! *Adult supervision is required.

Laser Tag

Ages 6+

Open Weekends: 3/31-6/8 & 8/20-11/26 Open Daily: 6/9-8/19

Laser Tag is a high-tech combination of tag and hide-and-seek to enjoy during the day or night! Day sessions last 45 minutes and players must be a least 6 years old to play during the day and 8 years old to play at night. Daytime – $8/session Nighttime – $14/session *Sign-up at the Ranger Station is required prior to each session. Spaces are limited.

Gaga Ball

Ages 6+

All Season

A kinder, gentler version of dodgeball, Gaga Ball is played in an octagon-shaped pit with a soft foam or rubber ball and combines the skills of dodging, running, striking and jumping–all while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. The more players, the better! Balls can be picked up at Registration Station!

Basketball Court

Located beside our jumping pillows, basketball provides tons of sporty fun for the whole family! Balls can be picked up at Registration Station!

Candy Bar Bingo

Join us at the Recreation Center for a game of bingo with a twist. Winners take home candy! Bingo Cards must be purchased at the Recreation Center during the event.

Gem Mining

Discover Jellystone Park’s mine and panning sluice! The mine is a fabricated shaft that families can search for rocks, shells, and gemstones. Each panning kit contains an assortment gemstones or fossils hidden among the sand. Gemstones are also available for purchase at the Ranger Station! Gem mining bags range from $6 to $55.

Horseshoes

There are two sand horseshoe pits located beside The Outpost. Horseshoes may be signed out at The Outpost!

Enjoy a ride through the park on our wagon! Glow sticks available for sale at the Ranger Station for nighttime rides.

Volleyball

Challenge your friends and family to a friendly volleyball match! There are 2 sand volleyball courts located near the Recreation Center and volleyballs may be signed out at The Outpost.

Scavenger Hunts

Ages 4+

Go on a scavenger hunt around Jellystone Park™! Pick up a map at the Ranger Station, look for the clues, and find the secret message! Everyone who brings in the secret message will get a surprise gift!
