The Cartoon Cafe offers guests quick service food such as hamburgers, pizza, and hand dipped ice cream. Team members take orders, process payments and prepare food for guests. They are also responsible for keeping the Cafe clean and fully stocked. Good customer service skills and the ability to operate a point of sale system and handle cash and credit card transactions are required. Experience in food service is helpful but not required.
Our housekeeping staff are responsible for keeping our cabins, bath houses and other facilities clean and ready for use by our guests. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a strong attention to detail who take pride in a job well done. They must be able to work independently and take responsibility for their assigned facilities. Housekeeping team members must be able to climb stairs, bend to reach low areas and lift up to 50 pounds. In addition to their hourly wage, housekeeping team members may also receive tips from guests.
Rangers play a key role in helping guests enjoy their stay. They escort guests to their site or cabin and orient them to the park and its operation. Rangers answer guest questions, provide assistance, and ensure guests adhere to park rules such as quiet hours. They also deliver firewood, take care of minor maintenance issues, and pick up trash. Rangers should possess good interpersonal skills, a willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather and the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Experience with light maintenance is helpful but not required.
